This application is based on a Doctor/coach & patient consultation where the coach adds the patients and does an interview of the patient based on some questions added by the admin. The coach maintains the records of questions asked during the interview and shares the observation based on the response of the patient. Coach also adds the Patient’s caretaker or caregiver who can also share the response on behalf of the patient.
